Korean Positive Aging Charitable Trust

Korean Positive Ageing Charitable Trust (KPACT) is an organization founded to provide social, cultural, and community services aimed at bridging cultural connections with the New Zealand population. Our vision is to promote the health and wellbeing of Korean families and empower the Korean community to reach their full potential in life.We offer a range of services to meet the needs of older Koreans and their families in our community, including Social Work Services, Health Promotion, Community Development, a Lifelong Learning Academy with a senior school, and volunteer opportunities.

KPACT has become a COMMUNITY HUB for both the Korean and local communities. Since our inception in 2012, we have operated valuable community projects and have extended our reach to celebrate diversity and advocate for social cohesion. We work with government and local agencies to ensure everyone in Aotearoa is kept safe, included, and respected.

SILVER SCHOOL Senior Academy Friday - Weekly every Friday in Parkview Room from 1:00pm to 4:30pm. Come along and join us in a fun weekly get together for the over 60's. Promoting a society where people can age positively.  CLASSES are mainly for Korean but anyone interested in learning with us is most welcome to attend. Quilting, Monday in the Monet Room from 10:30am -1:00pm (not in the school holidays) Korean Calligraphy, Thursday in the Monet Room 10:00 -11:30am (not in the school holidays)
