Chen Tai Chi – Monday

Tai chi is a great way to start your week with gentle exercises in a friendly atmosphere. Everyone is made to feel welcome.
Your tutor Madeleine is an experienced teacher who trained with the late Malisa Ng for 20 years.
These classes are an approved Harbour Sports Community Strength and Balance Programme
